I am scared of heights but my partner loves zipline's so said I would go with him this time. The 2 workers where great and explained the process the whole way round and made me feel comfortable and safe. Which in turn made me enjoy the experience. Would highly recommend as great fun and great way to see the rainforest. Also get the photo and video package great photos the staff got of us going round for a great price.
Great place to take the kids. They loved the zip wire.. not so much the obstacle course. Different canopy tours dependant on age/height of the child. The staff are very safety conscious and helpful.
I'm a zip line first-timer, but this tour seemed pretty cool to me. They have a good process to get you harnessed properly and trained to ride the cables. They take safety seriously and I felt fully at ease. They do a nice job taking photos and video of your first zip, which you may purchase after your tour. (Tip: you can only use head or chest-mounted GoPros during the tour - nothing hand-held). Bring cash to tip them. A neat experience for sure!
Brilliant, loved it. I’d recommend the longer tour for the 4 extra zip lines. Guides were great and a beautiful rainforest. There is some Walking and climbing involved on the longer run, so be warned. Added bonus, this place is also a cat sanctuary. Small cafe and snack shop there as well. Water is provided at intervals around the course, so no need to bring anything with you past the lockers. Photos taken by staff, but usual shocking pricing applies. Would recommend 100%
Phenomenal Zipline Adventure in the Antigua Rainforest! Our experience at Antigua Rainforest Zipline was absolutely unforgettable! We booked the 12 Ziplines + Challenge Course for two people on a Tuesday at 10 AM, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warm hospitality and incredible energy. Arrival & Warm Welcome Upon arrival, we were kindly greeted by the friendly staff. Check-in was seamless—we filled out a quick waiver and had time to browse the adorable gift shop while waiting for the group to assemble. The shop is a hidden gem, offering snacks, beverages, smoothies, and even delicious banana bread and Jamaican beef patties. I even scored a cool t-shirt for just $10 USD! One of the highlights? The owner rescues cats, and you’ll spot these well-cared-for, affectionate felines roaming around. Such a beautiful touch! While we waited, the staff even offered us juice—such a thoughtful gesture. Safety, Training & Staff Energy Before we set off, the team ensured everyone was properly equipped with harnesses, helmets, and gloves. The safety demonstration was clear, thorough, and professional, leaving no room for confusion. What really made this experience stand out was the enthusiasm of the staff—they were organized, energetic, and full of humor! They kept us pumped up with jokes, encouragement, and their infectious excitement. The Zipline Adventure Soaring through the lush, tropical Antigua rainforest was a dream. The views were breathtaking, and we were lucky enough to experience a tropical rain shower mid-course, which made the adventure even more thrilling and unique! The ziplines themselves are well-maintained, and the challenge course added an extra level of fun for those who love a little adrenaline rush. One of the best parts of the experience was their talented photographer and videographer, who captured the most hilarious and memorable moments of our zipline adventure. We were so impressed that we purchased the $30 USD photo & video package at the end. They made it super easy by AirDropping or sharing the files instantly—talk about instant memories! Minor Suggestions for an Even Better Experience 1. Bigger, bolder tip box – The staff truly deserves more tips, but the box is easy to miss! Making it more visible would ensure they get the appreciation they deserve. 2. MAINTENANCE on wooden stairs/railings – The course itself is very well-maintained and safe, but we did notice that a few of the wooden stairs and railings along the way could use some minor touch-ups. That said, the entire zipline course felt sturdy and well-built, and at no point did we feel unsafe. Just an improvement that could make an already fantastic experience even better! Final Verdict: A Must-Do in Antigua! Overall, this was a phenomenal experience—exciting, safe, well-organized, and filled with pure fun! The combination of an incredible staff, stunning rainforest scenery, and top-tier adventure makes Antigua Rainforest Zipline an absolute must-do for thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike.
